Terms of Use — BenitoCoin

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using BenitoCoin ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. These terms apply to all versions of BenitoCoin available on the Apple App Store.

2. License

ArcAvance grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use BenitoCoin for your personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use the App for any commercial or unlawful purpose
Rent, lease, or sublicense the App to any third party

3. Data Storage and iCloud Sync

3.1 Current Version — Local Storage

All data you enter in BenitoCoin is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. ArcAvance does not access, collect, or transmit your data.

3.2 iCloud Sync (Coming Soon)

iCloud sync is a planned future feature. When released, it will be optional. Enabling it will store your data in your personal iCloud account under Apple's terms — ArcAvance will not have access to this data.

When you opt in to iCloud sync, your use of that feature will also be subject to Apple's iCloud Terms and Conditions. You may disable iCloud sync at any time from within the App or via your device's iCloud settings, in which case data will revert to local-only storage.

4. Pro Subscription

4.1 What's Included

BenitoCoin Pro is an optional subscription that unlocks additional features beyond the free tier. The current feature set for each tier is described within the App and may be updated over time.

4.2 Pricing and Billing

Subscription pricing is displayed in the App at the time of purchase. Prices are set in your local currency as determined by the App Store and may vary by region. ArcAvance reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

4.3 Auto-Renewal

Pro subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID → Subscriptions settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.

4.5 Restoring Purchases

If you reinstall the App or switch devices, tap Restore Purchases within the App to re-activate your Pro subscription at no charge, provided you are signed in with the same Apple ID.

      BenitoCoin is a personal budgeting tool, not a financial advisor. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

6. Currency Rate Accuracy

Exchange rates displayed in BenitoCoin are sourced from a third-party API (open.er-api.com) and are provided for informational convenience only. ArcAvance does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any exchange rate data. Do not rely on these rates for financial transactions.

7. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. ArcAvance does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ArcAvance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, even if ArcAvance has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in ArcAvance's jurisdiction of operation.

10. Changes to Terms

ArcAvance reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
